EHR Concepts was founded in 2008 and offers a range of healthcare IT support products, professional and technical services with a particular focus on leading EHR solutions from the following vendors: Allscripts, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson, Greenway, and e-ClinicalWorks. April began her career in 2004 implementing and training the Department of Defense EHR Solution formerly known as CHCS II/AHLTA. April delivered the DOD’s EHR solutions for dozens of clients globally. When the DOD project was complete, April began the implementation of EHR’s in the commercial industry. She later saw a need in the industry and took a chance on starting her own consulting firm. April’s proven healthcare implementation and subject matter expertise are the foundation of EHR Concepts as a leading healthcare IT consulting and staffing firm, helping healthcare provider organizations solve HIT challenges and clients are able to utilize healthcare IT applications to the fullest potential.

Cherryl combines thirty years of executive experience with a clinical background. EHR Concepts benefits greatly from her leadership, as she has personally led other companies. Cherryl ensures all client contracts, consultant agreements, human resources and all accounting processes are in accordance to EHR Concepts standards.

Jennifer joined EHR Concepts in 2011 and has over fourteen years of experience in healthcare, in variety of roles but with specific expertise in complex IT implementations. In past roles she has worked in operations, account management, project management, EHR system admin and EHR implementations. Her understanding of healthcare operations and her clinical knowledge enable EHR Concepts to place the consultants that best fit the clients’ needs and operationalizing best practices into a return on our clients’ investment. Jennifer is one of our knowledge ambassadors and interacts with clients to ensure that our projects run smoothly. In the past she has also served on the Allscripts Eastern Regional Users Group (ERUG) board.
