Classroom Training Program

Our classroom-training curriculum is customized for each client, with individual workflows defined for a personalized approach for each EHR. e-Learning Program

We create custom online e-Learning Center customized to the organization’s specific needs. That gives users flexible on when they can attend training and allows them to work at their pace ensuring they have a good understanding of the new EHR or IT system software. Completion of the e-Learning Program also includes testing and analytics.

Organizational Implementation Planning

Our team of subject matter experts has traveled to many clients nationwide and has seen what works well, and we integrate those items in our implementation planning. We start by mapping our the current state of the organization and projected future states. We conduct clinical readiness assessments, build an EHR implementation project plan, and put together a strategy for when contingencies arise.

Training and Go-Live Support Strategy

We have a proven and effective go live process plan from start to finish. Our staff begins with a discovery phase where we learn about your organization, current pain points, all EHR or other systems that will be involved and workflow needs surrounding them. Our workflow analysis is a depth system of your users and clinical process. Our experts come onsite review and create a system design and training plan. Our staff will complete application design/build, full system testing, conduct classroom and on the job training and go-live support
