One-On-One Provider Training Program (EMR)
We understand the importance of provider training and adoption during new EHR implementation or conversion. Our One-On-One Provider EMR training is focused specifically on provider clinical workflows and typically takes about half the time of our Instructor-Led End-User Training.
Virtual Training Program
Our Virtual EMR Training Program offers both an extensive library of customized training videos, as well as virtual/ online instructor-led classes.
e-Learning Program
We can create an online e-Learning Center customized to your specific end-user groups. Your users can decide when they have time to “attend a class” online. Completion of the e-Learning Program also includes optional testing and reporting features.

We will train your organization’s IT support staff to prepare them for any training needs, whether it is a new implementation, an upgrade or a conversion.
Instructional Curriculum/Customized Documentation Development
We will create instructional materials customized to your organization’s specific training needs, and your system configuration. Our materials include Reference Guides, Quick Cards, Tri-Folds and Customized Training Guides for end-users.
